The Role:
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your focus will be on the vibrant agricultural landscape of the Central Valley region in California. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver compelling solutions, and foster long-term partnerships. This role requires up to 75% travel to local customers and attendance at reoccurring Team Sales training and Company offsites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within the agricultural industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills for Success:
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Salesloft.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in the agriculture industry.
- Familiarity with lead development best practices.
- Understanding of data and analytics solutions.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
