Our IoT-enabled integrated ops platform for water is serving this $24 billion opportunity by scaling the expertise needed to handle operations across this fleet. We've been recognized by Niti Aayog and ImagineH20 for our innovative approach to solving global water and sanitation crises, and we're serving customers like Tata Power, Reliance, and more in just a few months of launching. To date, we've helped avert millions of litres of sewage from the drain as well as save millions of litres of freshwater in water-scarce cities.

As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s (awesome!) software team to help us build great product as well as build yourself to serve our customers and achieve audacious goals. Key attributes:
(a) Ability to understand product needs deeply and determine the best way of designing a feature with the lifecycle of product in mind
(b) Deep systems thinking and clarity of thought as well as keen interest in keeping up with technological evolution to devise future proof solutions
(c) Excellent planning and managerial skills to grow and develop the tech team to achieve quality outcomes in time
(d) Deep conceptual understanding of our tech stack or ability to learn fast (Node JS, React, MongoDB, Azure, IoT protocols particularly MQTT)
(e) More than anything else... great attitude! Humility, ownership, growth mindset, collaboration, open communication, and logic-not-heirarchy-as-a-base-for-decisions are key.
