Our goal is to deliver complete clean energy solutions through technology and innovation. As we expand our business in North America, we are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to introduce innovative products and services in the residential energy market, including Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Module Level Power Electronics (MLPE), EV charging solutions, and Smart Home Energy IoT with world-class software and Virtual Powerplant (VPP) solutions.
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the home energy industry. Working with a diverse global team you will drive the delivery of high-quality energy product strategies, leveraging your technical expertise to create marketing collateral, presentations, and sales-enabling promotions and initiatives that will drive growth and success.


  • Serve as a product and system subject matter expert, understanding customer applications and creating targeted marketing collateral in the form of white papers, data sheets, brochures, and other technical copywriting
  • Develop and maintain financial models, go-to-market plans, and technology roadmaps
  • Drive market and technology feedback through customer engagement, research, and industry organization resources
  • Provide internal and external customers with subject matter support, market trends, and product/system/solution information
  • Track and analyze market trends, key customer trends, and competitive landscape analyses
  • Build and maintain market models, including regional and segment TAM, and financial models with revenue projections
  • Become a key stakeholder in future product development and product roadmaps
  • Provide sales teams and key partners with strategic initiatives, promotions, webinars, and product demonstrations
  • Work with technical teams on new technologies, products, systems, and solutions


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing in the energy storage space
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field, or related industry experience
  • Focus on energy storage systems, inverters, micro-inverters, optimizers, and/or EV chargers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for pre-sales and post-sales enablement
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking, data analysis, and market modeling
  • Experience writing product MRDs and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships
  • Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
