The Field Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and will work closely with various project/construction managers. This position reports to the Director of Construction, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Irvine, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 75%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position; and
  • Attend technical meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, provide minutes to the team;
  • Work on Excel spreadsheets to modify budgets from information provided by project managers;
  • Create and compile reports to project managers on a timely basis;
  • Create Word documents, letters, and the final preparation of technical documents;
  • Collate documents, modify existing documents, file documents, maintain document control;
  • Work with the Procurement team to improve process and procedure documents;
  • Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure effective communication and results; and
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Project Management.
  • Assist all miscellaneous project needs from logistics, inspections, tool management, drawing review, superintendent support etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering, or another business-related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supporting large-scale construction projects
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated ability supporting projects: development, planning, installation, and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

· Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors
