The Senior Manager of Training & Compliance is tasked with the creation, maintenance, updating, filing, and implementation of all essential training programs for self-perform renewable construction projects. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Process, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Irvine, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
  • Collaborate closely with the HSQE Management to ensure alignment with safety training objectives and goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
  • Manage the training calendar and ensure timely completion of all required training.
  • Provide comprehensive support for safety training initiatives, including coordination of training sessions, management of training materials, and tracking of training completion.
  • Proactively communicate with field personnel to address any training-related issues or concerns.
  • Work in tandem with the HSQE team to identify areas for enhancement in safety training processes and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in safety training.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as delegated by the Sr. HSQE Manager – Safety Training.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and compliance field, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of training and compliance process and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within project teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

· Climb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floors
