Responsibilities
· Design and build end-to-end test solutions including fixtures, test boards, test hardware and programming
· Develop and execute comprehensive component-level test plans for high-voltage power electronics including DC-DC and DC-AC power converters
· Design, troubleshoot, and maintain End of Line (EOL) component level testers
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware validation and failure analysis
· Analyze test data, identify potential issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate solutions
· Create technical documentation and final test reports detailing data, results, conclusions, and recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
· BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology with equivalent experience
· More than 5 years of hands-on experience as a hardware test engineer
· Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Experience reading electrical data sheets for EEE components and interpreting the parameters for tests
· Good analytical and hardware troubleshooting background.
· Experience with National Instruments, LabVIEW a Plus
