Nuventura is a renowned climate technology company on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector. Our objective is clear: to render SF6, the world's most potent greenhouse gas, obsolete. We have achieved this ambitious goal through innovation, developing cutting-edge electrical switchgear that replaces SF6 with clean, breathable air.

Our business model involves licensing our products to global manufacturers, supplying core components to them, and manufacturing complete products for our domestic markets. We have recently established a new base in East Berlin, combining our office and R&D space as we expand our revolutionary technology globally. As we scale up production to meet growing demand for our already developed products, we are looking for a Working Student Technical Writing.

You will...

  • Learn the complexities of Nuventura's product designs and functionalities, ensuring precise technical documentation.
  • Manage the integrity and compliance of Nuventura's technical documentation, including brochures, manuals, and presentations, to support the company's market success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain internal technical documentation, such as design specifications and assembly procedures, fostering seamless communication within the organization.
  • Liaise with various departments to identify documentation needs and advocate for effective documentation processes and standards.
  • Oversee document version control, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the latest information for enhanced decision-making.
  • Simplify technical jargon into clear and accessible language, facilitating understanding across diverse audiences.
  • Utilize bilingual proficiency in English and German (C1 level minimum) to ensure effective communication and minimize post-release corrections.

What do you need to bring into the company?

  • Proficiency in both German and English languages is a must.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in CAD and ERP systems being advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in documentation.
