Responsibilities:
- Developing/Automating systems and tools for effective data management, visualization, and interpretation for Stem leadership for decision-making, action planning, and continuous improvement
- Work with functional and executive teams to define reporting requirements across different channels and business units.
- Provide key analytical insights to the wider marketing team.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics-driven special projects for superior business intelligence.
- Maintain the central reporting repository, ensuring the regular delivery and publishing of marketing reports and dashboards.
- Generation of product usage reports and proper insights for creation of product roadmap
- Develop and process reports by extracting data from key systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant & outstanding application experience in the business intelligence/ analytics domain
- Developing complex data analysis, methodologies, and data models for integrating and utilizing information from multiple sources.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You should have experience of working directly with senior management on business intelligence projects. • Ability to confidently present to leadership teams
- Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to be self-sufficient, enquiring & inquisitive to drill deeply into data to answer questions.
- Experience of handling and analyzing Big Data stacks.
- Experience with Python, Jupyter notebook, Tensorflow, SQL, etc
