Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the go to person for anything and everything related to operations.
• Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Operations Organization.
• Proactively identify and address process gaps, data quality issues, duplications of efforts.
• Manage data quality projects and system updates.
• Implementation/Enhancement/Enrichment/Maintenance of systems/functions like OpenAir, Site Tracker, Salesforce, etc.
• Lead and communicate on-going Operation efforts e.g. Customer facing PMO, Fulfillment, Production Engineering, Support organization.

Professional Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in Business Analyst, Information Systems, ERP Data Migration, ERP Solution Architect, Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfillment, Customer PMO, or Finance Prior experience supporting large transformation/change initiatives spanning multiple business and technology groups.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle OpenAir (e.g. Projects, PSA module), Site Tracker, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
• Ability to synthesize complex issues in structured frameworks and produce polished solutions / presentations.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an energy, business services industry.
• Knowledge of sales and professional services engagement rules and standard practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data migration.
