Responsibilities:

  • Recognized as a high impact member of the finance team across the company and in particular with functional leaders across the organization.
  • Develop operating and financial metric dashboards, analyzing results and trends and reporting results to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results, investigate discrepancies, and provide explanations to management.
  • Drive organizational process improvements, including implementing best practices in reporting and close with emphasis on automation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales and operations, to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive efficiencies for monthly close.

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of directly applicable experience in FP&A.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related certification.
  • Proven record of advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience building integrated, complex financial models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be attentive to details and possess the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Basic understanding of GAAP and key accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial systems including Excel, Power BI (Basic), NetSuite and Salesforce.
