This growing energy storage operations team needs a customer-focused individual who is interested in coordinating, scheduling and monitoring field service for our battery energy storage fleet. Preventative maintenance, timely field service, and energy storage uptime are critical to realizing the value of the storage systems for the owners, customers, and/or energy off-takers.

Responsibilities:

You will be a key player on the maintenance operations team with responsibilities to:

  • Initiate and update service orders to ensure a constant workflow.

  • Marshal internal resources across working teams to unblock resolution or escalate for assistance.
  • Schedule, notify and report on preventive maintenance and annual capacity tests to support system warranty compliance.
  • Assist with detailed reporting on fault resolution, field service cost and tracking for asset owners.
  • Help develop key metrics and report weekly, monthly and quarterly for continuous performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in related field.

  • Prior experience in energy industry or interest in the renewable energy sector

  • Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities, with ability to meet regular, tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and dependable team player.
  • Strong proactive communication skills, written and oral.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a technical field, or
