What You’ll Do:

  • In collaboration with the Principal Engineer, develop technical strategies and be responsible for executing them
  • Build and demonstrate a culture of excellence and empathy within the engineering teams

Your Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience implementing effective processes in engineering teams
  • Experience with completing security audits and working with security auditors on certifications such as SOC II
  • Experience hiring, training, and giving feedback to software and platform engineers
  • Experience working with ambiguous requirements
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS
