The Role
Xos is hiring a seasoned NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect to lead key NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects. The Netsuite Finance Solutions Architect will work cross functionally with Finance and IT teams to enhance and establish Netsuite processes. To be successful in this role, the NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect will perform in a leadership capacity leading project teams, be the subject matter expert, and the primary liaison between cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite related projects: new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other related projects
- Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach.
- Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
- Engage with various departments within the organization on inter-related solution support
- Review team progress to ensure compliance with work programs and professional standards
- Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
- Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle NetSuite Implementation experience, upgrade, and support experience
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting / professional services experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field
- Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite
- Full, lifecycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation; certifications is a plus
- Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications
- Ability to lead workshops, including gathering/documenting requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.
- Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community
- Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
- Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs
- Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
- Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is required
- ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations
